How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced corrugated mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is packed with bubble wrap and stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns within 30 days for factory-sealed items. If an item is opened, it can only be returned if there is a verified manufacturing defect or significant playback issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, zBTFD RECORDS ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
